My goodness, Lyn!
You have some fantastic habits in place for being your most productive self! I absolutely swear by choosing my Top 3 tasks for the day. Doing this the night before actually helps me to be more present to people, because my mind is clear, and I feel in control of my work, just being more aware of all the stuff I have going on.
I love hearing what other people do to run a productive business, so thanks for sharing!
By the way, I love Cesar!

THX for bringing this to us (me), Jennifer!

It's exactly spot-on. For myself, I've started practicing on three things for right now ...
1) Shortening the gaps of attention when I'm totally focused on the first task, until I'm totally focused on the newer task. I see little chunks of time that can be recovered at those points. Over the course of a day they add up!

2) Planning the 3 or 4 must-do tasks for the day -- the evening before. I find what works best for me is to review tomorrow's schedule and commitments the evening before. Subconscious mind can then go then begin creatively working on better approaches and outcomes than when I hustle to scramble-together a 'running list' for the day early in that day.

3) Honoring others by being fully present to them and their concerns when I'm with them. Not unlike the Dog Whisper's favorite line: "So -- How can I help you guys?"
